turnaround time within 5-7 business day.
As shown at right, 75% of customer orders complete reprocessing at
SureTek within 5 business days and 97% within 7 business days. Transit times to-and-from our Greenville
facility depend upon customer location (2-8 business days). |

devices to its customers. Most
instruments can be reprocessed up to four times, while noninvasive devices
can be reprocessed up to five times. As shown below, device recovery rates

significantly with the number of reprocessing cycles. |
